The Successful Experience of South Korea
Key outcomes:
- 17 delegates – representatives of development institutions and innovative territorial clusters from Tomsk, Ulyanovsk, Kazan, Lipetsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow
- The delegation visited 6 South Korean cities for seven days during the program
- The delegation visited more than 10 organizations, including Seoul National University, SDIC — Seoul’s high-tech industrial complex (similar to Silicon Valley in the USA) — Hyundai Motor Company and the Samsung Innovation Museum.
Program review:
«The goal of the business mission was to develop international cooperation, familiarize representatives from Russian innovation-territorial clusters with best foreign practices and look for potential partners in South Korea. Partnership with the Russian Venture Company and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia in the organization of the trip not only ensured a high-quality business mission program but also the involvement of representatives of clusters that are leaders and participants in the priority program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.»
